WHIS Birmingham

Saturday 18th November 2017 we will be joint hosting a disability inclusion event at Birmingham City University. REGISTER (Full programme out soon)


A community event that will bring local, national and international advocates who are supporting disability work in their community. 


Speakers include:

Mike Scarlet – Broadcaster, journalist, campaigner & inclusion expert

Carly Jones – British filmmaker and Autism Advocate 

Saba Salman – Freelance social affairs journalist and writer for the Guardian

Angela O'Connor - WHIS Ambassador - Train Ability Ireland

Ashley Stephen - Disability Survivors Unite 

Dan White - The Department of Ability 


The event is a partnership between Include Me Too, Birmingham City University and the World Health Innovation Summit. 


This is the first of regular events we will be developing in Birmingham along with our WHIS programmes - WHISKids, WHISatwork, WHISSeniors, WHISTalks etc.
