Obi Umegbolu B.Eng, MSC, MBCS,  is an experienced IT Management Consultant with extensive hands-on experience in leading data quality projects in the health sector. He provides strategy and management solutions to several clients in Europe and Africa. 
Obi is actively engaged in improving the UK analytical community and involved with the British Computing Society as an End Point Assessor and Data Analysis Subject Matter Expert in designing the government’s new Data Analysis apprenticeship. 
Author of a book about the role of the Data Analyst.

Amongst recent experiences; he has successfully taught and helped thousands of business owners and start-ups take their business to the next level, including the end to end marketing strategy design and implementation; developing expansion and transformation plan; identify an agile working strategy; oversee technical and commercial tendering issues and scheduling; develop and execute service improvement training to frontline staff.
Obi also works with the following charity organisations as voluntary Business Mentor; 
 1. The Prince's Trust
Support The Prince’s Trust Enterprise programme and provide Specialist Support in Technology. Helping 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to transform their lives, providing a more holistic end-to-end offering, with better support onto, between and beyond the core programmes.
2. The Tony Elumelu Foundation
Working and collaborating with assigned mentees (small businesses and start-ups) in a task-based 12 weeks learning forum, where I encouraged and guided each mentee. One to one telephone/video meetings through out each period, and mentees raise issues concerning their business for guidance. Developed and enhance consulting in cross-cultural communication and coaching skills, mainly via web access to the TEEP mentorship and learning platform.
3. Grow Movement
Made direct, tangible and sustainable impact on small business owners in Africa. Supported small businesses through skills development rather than aid and hand-outs. Consulting via technology to Uganda and Rwanda. Developed and enhanced consulting in cross-cultural communication and coaching skills. Enhanced the business skills of entrepreneurs and increased their profitability
